About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, control and monitor mandatory Compliance training, tracking participation and effectiveness indicators;
- Provide support for inquiries and questions received through Compliance channels, ensuring clear, consistent responses aligned with internal policies;
- Conduct the initial assessment of reports received through the Confidential Reporting Channel, ensuring confidentiality, impartiality and appropriate classification of allegations;
- Lead internal investigations related to reports and misconduct by students and employees, including conducting interviews, analyzing evidence and preparing investigation reports;
- Propose improvements to internal processes based on investigations, lessons learned and identification of control weaknesses;
- Monitor compliance risks and support the follow-up of preventive and corrective action plans;
- Conduct on-site visits to units and travel, when necessary, to support training activities, investigations and to strengthen the Compliance Program;
- Deliver in-person and remote training on the Code of Ethics, Anti-Corruption Code and Compliance Program to students and employees;
- Support the development and execution of internal awareness campaigns, promoting a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Compliance, Governance or related fields;
- Knowledge of Compliance, Ethics, Anti-Corruption and Internal Investigations;
- Experience conducting corporate training and investigations of reports;
- Availability to travel and visit units;
- Postgraduate degree or certifications in Compliance, Governance, Risk or related areas;
- Previous experience with Whistleblowing Channels and Integrity Programs;
- Knowledge of risk management methodologies and internal controls.
