About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in benefits management (healthcare, partnerships, etc.)
- Development of health campaigns and initiatives to control loss ratio
- Vendor management and interface with Procurement
- Monitoring and participation in health committees
- Maintenance of benefits rules and policies
- Monitoring of metrics (e.g., loss ratio, enrollment, e-NPS)
- Analysis and diagnostics of surveys
- Advisory support to HR Business Partners (BPs)
- Interface with the broker and internal departments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Previous experience in administrative areas, HR, or related fields
- Experience with structured organizational routines/processes
- Previous experience with benefits and corporate healthcare is a plus
- Analytical foundation and ability to work autonomously, even in an early-career role
- Ability to work with data, even at an entry level
