About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Full administration of Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD, B2C);
- Identity, access and authentication management (IAM), including MFA, SSO and Conditional Access;
- Implementation and maintenance of security policies (Microsoft Defender, Purview, eDiscovery, Compliance);
- Automation of operational and administrative routines using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph;
- Service health monitoring, analysis of critical incidents and advanced troubleshooting;
- License governance (A3, A5, etc.) and cost optimization;
- Device and application management via Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM);
- Technical support for migration projects (on-premises → cloud, cross-tenant, hybrid Exchange, etc.);
- Definition of standards, best practices and technical documentation of the environment;
- Handling high-severity incidents and Level 3 (L3) support;
- Liaison with Security, Architecture and Suppliers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in technology or related fields;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Entra ID (Azure AD) – Users, Groups, Roles, Conditional Access, B2C;
- Knowledge of Security and Compliance (Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview);
- Advanced PowerShell automation (Graph, Exchange Online, AzureAD modules) and Microsoft Graph APIs;
- Experience with Azure app registrations (App Registration, Azure SSO).
- Considered a plus:
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102) and Azure Administrator (AZ-104).
