About the role

  • Develop and maintain revenue and student-base forecasting models;
  • Design and structure data pipelines, ensuring cleanliness and consistency across different sources such as the data lake, ERP, and spreadsheets;
  • Create data visualizations that translate complex numbers into actionable insights for different areas of the company;
  • Monitor actuals vs. plan, identify root causes of variances, and propose action plans;
  • Automate manual routines for data extraction and reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (completed);
  • Advanced SQL skills, with proficiency in handling large databases (joins, aggregations, filters, subqueries, and CTEs);
  • Advanced Excel skills, applied to exploratory analysis, scenario simulations, and developing complex pivot tables;
  • Data analysis expertise, with the ability to convert information into strategic insights to support decision-making;
  • Knowledge or experience in the education or retail sectors, especially in contexts with seasonality and demand forecasting;
  • Knowledge of programming logic, focused on automation of routines and process efficiency;
  • Experience with Power BI, including building dynamic dashboards and creating measures in DAX.
