About the role
- Collaborate with the Product Owner/Manager to define the product vision and strategy;
- Actively participate in planning and prioritizing the product backlog;
- Work closely with development teams to ensure efficient, high-quality product delivery;
- Participate in sprint meetings and product reviews to ensure objectives are met;
- Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions;
- Assist in writing user stories, requirements documents, and product specifications;
- Help facilitate communication and alignment across the teams involved in product development;
- Monitor product metrics daily;
- Support product releases;
- Clarify questions with the business team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Engineering, Design, or similar;
- Previous experience in product or project management roles;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban;
- Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
