About the role

  • Serve as a liaison between regional learning centers (polos) and corporate academic areas;
  • Manage academic processes, agreements/partnerships, and performance indicators;
  • Monitor student engagement and propose improvements;
  • Keep academic information up to date and support regional analyses;
  • Conduct visits to centers, ensuring institutional standards and providing support to local teams;
  • Manage faculty recruitment and hiring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pedagogy, Educational Management or related fields;
  • Experience in managing or overseeing educational centers, academic processes, and faculty recruitment;
  • Experience in institutional relations and coordination between academic and administrative areas;
  • Knowledge of performance indicators, internship agreements, and procedures for in-person exams;
  • Field experience (visits to centers or educational units);
  • Postgraduate degree in business, administration, project management, education or related fields.
