About the role

  • Respond to all customer questions, requests and complaints via our communication channels: CRM, phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, Teams and other applications
  • Coordinate and liaise with various company departments to expedite customer requests, ensuring deadlines are met and external customer satisfaction
  • Ensure quality and customer satisfaction in every interaction by delivering within agreed deadlines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel)
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Sales/Commercial or related fields
  • Preferred: Experience with ticketing/request tracking systems
