About the role
- Manage and optimize the performance of online and offline media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, OOH, TV, Radio and Cinema);
- Oversee top- and mid-funnel media management, collaborating with external agencies;
- Respond to and support internal client requests related to campaigns and media strategies;
- Monitor, guide and ensure agency performance, ensuring standardization, governance and alignment with business objectives;
- Develop tactical media plans in collaboration with agencies;
- Monitor and analyze brandformance KPIs such as CPM, Impression Share, frequency, TRP, among others;
- Review ads, creatives, targeting and other platform parameters to ensure high performance and correct implementation;
- Track campaign timelines (always-on and time-limited), ensuring proper execution across platforms;
- Update and manage databases directly on platforms, in alignment with the DBM and LGPD practices (LGPD: Brazil’s General Data Protection Law);
- Manage the flow of requests and briefings for online and offline media assets;
- Monitor the conversion funnel by analyzing the user journey across websites, landing pages and other touchpoints;
- Perform ongoing monitoring to optimize results;
- Create and manage financial processes related to media buys;
- Produce post-sale and performance analyses, consolidating results and learnings through KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Advertising, Marketing or related fields;
- Intermediate-level Excel skills;
- Experience with offline media, including OOH and broadcast TV, with an understanding of media implementations and schedule management;
- Deep knowledge of media, including the campaign structuring workflow, operation across different channels and vehicles, understanding of the user journey (websites, TikTok, Display/Programmatic, etc.) and budget tracking;
- Experience in Content Marketing focused on acquisition, Influencer Marketing and Programmatic Media;
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience preparing and presenting materials to internal teams and stakeholders;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Data Studio (Looker Studio);
- Familiarity with major media platforms such as Google Marketing Platform (DV360, GDN, YouTube and Search), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and programmatic media solutions.
