About the role

  • Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform;
  • Maintain the platform by resolving incidents, problems and service requests;
  • Create and optimize forms, workflows and system integrations;
  • Work on critical projects ensuring quality and scalability;
  • Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers;
  • Support solution architecture definition within the ServiceNow ecosystem;
  • Produce and maintain technical and process documentation;
  • Collaborate with business areas to translate requirements into solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, etc.);
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations;
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM, SPM and App Engine;
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management;
  • Technical English for reading documentation;
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications;
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (considered a plus);
  • Knowledge of ITSM Specialist, SPM Specialist and App Engine Specialist (considered a plus);
  • Experience with CMDB/ITOM (considered a plus);
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) (considered a plus).
