• Strategic Planning: Determine and implement the methodology for defining and monitoring the Legal Directorate and Legal Operations Strategic Plan.
• Project and Process PMO: Implement the Legal Directorate's Projects and Processes PMO; map, organize, prioritize and monitor the Directorate's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy; create dashboards and executive reports to provide transparency on progress, results and project impacts; lead the Legal Department's strategic projects by defining scope, controlling timelines, engaging stakeholders and monitoring outcomes.
• Process Management: Control the results of the Legal Department's internal processes based on performance indicators, continuously seeking improvement opportunities and indicating the need for corrective actions; lead process improvement projects within the Legal Department by identifying opportunities, defining solutions and ensuring the implementation of improvements that increase the department's efficiency and effectiveness.
• Performance / Targets Management: Define and control the Directorate's target dashboard, ensuring alignment with the strategic expectations of the Department and Company; define and manage the performance cockpit/dashboard for internal process targets.
• Budget Management: Desirable knowledge of rules, processes and systems related to defining the Annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, as well as their quarterly forecast reviews and monthly actuals control for accounts such as Contingency Provisions, Legal Expenses, Legal Department Expenses and Investments.
• Contract Management: Desirable knowledge of rules, processes and systems involved in supplier contracting and their payment flows in SAP.
