About the role
- Convert leads in IBMEC's sales funnel, especially MBA and postgraduate programs, by managing candidate portfolios and conducting active (outbound) and receptive (inbound) contact with prospects.
- Act as an ambassador for the IBMEC brand in all outreach.
- Prospect leads/students through social media.
- Proactively engage internal provider teams (squads, website, enrollment office, etc.) to stimulate demand generation (leads).
- Prepare reports on completed sales and reasons for candidate refusals or non-purchases.
- Maintain an executive, corporate demeanor and language during sales interactions to build rapport with candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Experience in sales roles and managing a client/account portfolio.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a results-driven focus.
- Negotiation skills.
- Experience working in an office/corporate environment.
- Previous sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools — intermediate level.
- Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
