About the role

  • Convert leads in IBMEC's sales funnel, especially MBA and postgraduate programs, by managing candidate portfolios and conducting active (outbound) and receptive (inbound) contact with prospects.
  • Act as an ambassador for the IBMEC brand in all outreach.
  • Prospect leads/students through social media.
  • Proactively engage internal provider teams (squads, website, enrollment office, etc.) to stimulate demand generation (leads).
  • Prepare reports on completed sales and reasons for candidate refusals or non-purchases.
  • Maintain an executive, corporate demeanor and language during sales interactions to build rapport with candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Experience in sales roles and managing a client/account portfolio.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a results-driven focus.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in an office/corporate environment.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools — intermediate level.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
