- Manage the consultants under your responsibility with a supportive approach
- Participate in and facilitate training sessions delivered by YCAP-GROUP

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the consulting profession
- At least 5 years of experience in management and/or organizational consulting
- Able to lead and coordinate a small team of consultants
- Professional working proficiency in English
