About the role
- Advise clients on assignments entrusted to them by YCAP-GROUP
- Manage with supportive leadership the consultants reporting to them
- Participate in and deliver trainings conducted by YCAP-GROUP
- Take part in business development activities and in drafting proposals or responses to tenders, as well as recruitment activities
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in management and/or organizational consulting
- Strong knowledge of the consulting profession
- Ability to manage an engagement with a small team of consultants
- Operational proficiency in English
