About the role
- You'll be our first commercial hire
- You'll own both our product-led growth motion and founder-led enterprise sales
- You'll work closely with the founding team to define our target markets
- Develop and execute sales strategies, and scale the sales team over time
- Generate and close deals: Outbound, inbound, PLG conversions
- Build the sales playbook: Sequences, pricing conversations, objection handling, handoffs, CRM hygiene
- Run the Yasu Lite funnel: Get maximum signups, figure out what converts, optimize relentlessly
- Feed insights back to product
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with experience selling to mid-market or enterprise
- Have closed deals yourself end-to-end
- Have worked at an early-stage startup (pre-seed to series A/B) before
- Can context-switch between running a PLG funnel and navigating a 3-month enterprise sales cycle
- Are comfortable selling something technical to engineering buyers
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apptio, Clay)
