About the role
- Lead UX strategy and execution across product areas, from discovery through delivery
- Translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into clear, thoughtful design solutions
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate interaction patterns and system behavior
- Collaborate with product managers, sales, and operations to shape requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize features
- Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and maintain design integrity throughout development
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and help drive a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of UX or product design experience, with at least 4 years in a SaaS environment
- A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design, systems thinking, and end-to-end product design
- Has the strong ability to translate complexity into clear, intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Strong proficiency in modern design tools (Figma) and prototyping methods
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across teams
- Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative product environments
- Experience contributing to or managing design systems is a plus
