• Lead UX strategy and execution across product areas, from discovery through delivery
• Translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into clear, thoughtful design solutions
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate interaction patterns and system behavior
• Collaborate with product managers, sales, and operations to shape requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize features
• Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and maintain design integrity throughout development
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and help drive a culture of continuous improvement
