- Lead a multi-year SAP AMS engagement for a billion-dollar customer
- Engage stakeholders and lead customer conversations
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common objectives
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, Metrics, and reporting
- Drive continuous service improvements
Requirements
- Experience working with US and European customers
- Ability to analyze technical needs and develop project scope of work documents
- Experience in escalation management, resourcing, and team management
- Knowledge of ITIL / PMP (certification preferred)
- Deep expertise in one SAP module(s) or in ABAP
