About the role
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and minimal downtime.
- Manage maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, breakdown frequency, etc.).
- Develop maintenance project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
- Lead shutdown/turnaround planning and execution.
- Track costs and effort in a T&M model with time logs and work reports.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, safety, and procurement teams.
- Manage external vendors, contractors, and service partners.
- Maintain asset registers, equipment history, drawings, manuals.
- Conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and incident investigations.
Requirements
- 5–12+ years of experience in plant maintenance, engineering, or industrial operations.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
- Experience in T&M engagement models and contractor management.
- Proficiency with CMMS / SAP PM / Maximo / Infor EAM (as applicable).
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred qualifications: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, PMP, CMRP.
