About the role
- Provide 24x7 rotational support for critical SAP systems
- Monitor SAP applications, identify issues, provide recommendations
- Perform system health checks to ensure availability and performance
- Manage data growth and deletion/partitioning, analyze trends
- Ensure robust security monitoring and compliance
- Administer transport management, perform system installations and upgrades
- Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain accurate system documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a SAP Basis Administrator
- Experience providing 24x7 support for SAP systems
- Knowledge of Focused Run (FRUN) or Cloud ALM
- Ability to perform system health checks for production/non-production
- Familiarity with data growth management and compliance
- Skills in transport management via ChaRM or CTMS
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and delivering RCA
- Experience with system installations, upgrades, and kernel upgrades
- Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
