- Oversee and implement CRM projects utilizing Dynamics 365.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and foster relationships.

Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in CRM as a techno-functional consultant.
- Strong experience in PMO and project management activities.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Skilled in driving client and business user discussions as part of PMO responsibilities.
- Good understanding of the insurance domain.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrations.
- Experienced in 3–4 end-to-end implementation projects from scratch.
- Collaborated closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
- Strong collaboration skills with technology teams to design solutions aligned with business needs.
- Global experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiar with working in a Microsoft DevOps environment.
- Good understanding of AI and Copilot capabilities.
