About the role
- Implement and customize Sales Cloud solutions
- Manage Sales, Distribution, Lead-to-Cash, and Order Management processes
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Handle integrations with third-party systems (ERP, Marketing tools, etc.)
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Ensure best practices, security, and performance optimization
- Provide production support and enhancements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM
- Strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud
- Good understanding of Sales & Distribution processes
- Experience in:
- Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities
- Quotes, Orders, Price Books
- Approval Processes & Automation
- Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Flows (basic to intermediate)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
