About the role

  • Implement and customize Sales Cloud solutions
  • Manage Sales, Distribution, Lead-to-Cash, and Order Management processes
  • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Handle integrations with third-party systems (ERP, Marketing tools, etc.)
  • Support data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
  • Ensure best practices, security, and performance optimization
  • Provide production support and enhancements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM
  • Strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud
  • Good understanding of Sales & Distribution processes
  • Experience in:
  • Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities
  • Quotes, Orders, Price Books
  • Approval Processes & Automation
  • Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Flows (basic to intermediate)
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
