We’re looking for a strategic, growth-minded Vice President of Revenue to lead and align all revenue-driving functions at Yardzen.
You’ll act as a strategic partner to our CEO, contributing to company-wide planning, participating in board meetings, and helping shape the future of the business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling DTC businesses, leading high-performing teams, and collaborating across departments to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in revenue, marketing or operational leadership roles at high-growth DTC or consumer-focused companies.
Experience partnering with executive leadership and contributing to board-level strategy and reporting.
Deep understanding of the DTC business model and what drives growth, from brand and performance marketing to fulfillment and customer success.
Demonstrated success aligning different functions toward shared revenue and customer experience goals.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-first approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities - you inspire teams, simplify complex problems, and drive results.
Experience in service or project-based consumer businesses is a plus.
Passion for design, home improvement, sustainability, and Yardzen’s mission is a strong bonus.
