- We’re looking for a strategic, growth-minded Vice President of Revenue to lead and align all revenue-driving functions at Yardzen.
- You’ll act as a strategic partner to our CEO, contributing to company-wide planning, participating in board meetings, and helping shape the future of the business.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling DTC businesses, leading high-performing teams, and collaborating across departments to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in revenue, marketing or operational leadership roles at high-growth DTC or consumer-focused companies.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and contributing to board-level strategy and reporting.
- Deep understanding of the DTC business model and what drives growth, from brand and performance marketing to fulfillment and customer success.
- Demonstrated success aligning different functions toward shared revenue and customer experience goals.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-first approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities - you inspire teams, simplify complex problems, and drive results.
- Experience in service or project-based consumer businesses is a plus.
- Passion for design, home improvement, sustainability, and Yardzen’s mission is a strong bonus.
