About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and manage supply contracts and the procurement plan, ensuring contractual obligations, volumes, delivery schedules, supplier commitments and continuity of supply are met.
Support exposure management and control, mitigating risks in the supply chain;
Perform sourcing and procurement activities, including commercial analyses and negotiations with suppliers related to order management, vessel configuration, laycan (loading window), creation of purchase orders and other activities required to ensure contract compliance;
Monitor supplier performance and contract execution, addressing delivery, quality, service level and compliance issues, and driving continuous improvement with suppliers;
Ensure governance and compliance in procurement, maintaining supplier qualification processes, contractual documentation, supplier records, audit readiness and adherence to company policies and procedures;
Coordinate procurement, logistics and risk management activities, monitoring shipments, ship scheduling, ETAs, operational deviations and implementing mitigation actions to minimize business risks;
Provide procurement performance analyses and reports, developing KPIs, dashboards, market analyses and management presentations to support decision-making and execution of category strategy;
Drive continuous improvement and value-creation initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, automation, standardization and operational excellence in procurement activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Collaborative mindset, initiative, curiosity, a strong sense of ownership and respect for diversity;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology or related fields;
Postgraduate degree or MBA in areas related to the position is a plus;
Hands-on, proactive profile, focused on challenging the status quo and promoting continuous improvement;
Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse audiences and stakeholders;
Analytical thinking and results orientation;
Experience with Procurement processes in SAP is desirable;
Experience managing performance indicators is desirable;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI;
Intermediate English (written and spoken).
