About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI, automation and digital solutions
- Analyse operational challenges, design practical solutions and develop applications, dashboards and automations
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and other business stakeholders
- Develop minimum viable products (MVPs), manage solution deployments
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through process optimisation and data-driven insights
- Prepare clear documentation and provide user training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related discipline
- Experience in business process automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related business functions
- Experienced working with SAP systems
- Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g. Power Automate, n8n, Make or similar)
- Experience developing dashboards and business intelligence solutions (Power BI or equivalent)
- Familiarity with AI tools and Large Language Models (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar)
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, VBA, and API integrations
- Understanding of data modelling, automation and system integration principles.
