Key responsibilities & impact

Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI, automation and digital solutions
Analyse operational challenges, design practical solutions and develop applications, dashboards and automations
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and other business stakeholders
Develop minimum viable products (MVPs), manage solution deployments
Support continuous improvement initiatives through process optimisation and data-driven insights
Prepare clear documentation and provide user training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related discipline
Experience in business process automation and digital transformation initiatives
Experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related business functions
Experienced working with SAP systems
Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g. Power Automate, n8n, Make or similar)
Experience developing dashboards and business intelligence solutions (Power BI or equivalent)
Familiarity with AI tools and Large Language Models (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar)
Knowledge of Python, SQL, VBA, and API integrations
Understanding of data modelling, automation and system integration principles.
