About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate a team of Analysts;
Planning, Direct Purchasing, and Logistics;
Measure progress against defined targets and performance goals, monitoring the Supply Chain team;
Monitor and implement action plans to ensure targets are met;
Maintain governance processes and controls, working with projects and business cases to analyze the impact of each scenario;
Support the implementation of new work processes and new tools or existing BI solutions;
Ensure appropriate allocation of budgets and fixed costs, challenging allocations to identify efficiencies and savings;
Act as the focal point to align and track Supply Chain KPIs throughout the year.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
Preferred: postgraduate specialization in business;
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and procurement processes;
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
Experience in performance analysis and KPI monitoring;
Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
Strong experience in finance;
Experience leading high-performing teams;
Strong experience in budget reporting and forecasting.
