About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, negotiate, and execute purchasing processes for indirects (materials, goods, and services) required by the units, aligned with category strategies
  • Manage purchasing portfolios, send requests for quotations to the market, and prepare comparative quotation analyses
  • Handle supplier and internal customer requests and changes to master data, and monitor and update purchasing processes in the system
  • Manage, negotiate, and formalize contracts, including handling amendments, claims, price adjustments, terminations, and notifications
  • Act in accordance with company guidelines regarding supplier qualification (onboarding) and maintenance processes
  • Manage, assess, monitor, and drive improvements in supplier performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Experience in procurement/purchasing
  • Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of legal/contractual agreements
  • Fiscal/tax knowledge: Indirect taxes (Tax Substitution - ST, Base Reduction, ICMS, IPI, LC 116)
  • Knowledge of procurement and negotiation tools
