About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform all duties within the Accounts Payable Function
Invoice processing including matching invoices to purchase orders
Code invoices to correct GL accounts and cost centers
Verify and process supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
Maintain accurate vendor master data
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice and payment status
Prepare and process payment runs within agreed terms
Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger monthly
Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and regulations
Lead automation and digitization initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree in Finance or Accounting
Broad understanding of financial reporting requirements
Intermediate level or Finalist CPA (K)
At least 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting function of a multinational Organization
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Competence in MS Office applications
