About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform all duties within the Accounts Payable Function
- Invoice processing including matching invoices to purchase orders
- Code invoices to correct GL accounts and cost centers
- Verify and process supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate vendor master data
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice and payment status
- Prepare and process payment runs within agreed terms
- Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger monthly
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and regulations
- Lead automation and digitization initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Broad understanding of financial reporting requirements
- Intermediate level or Finalist CPA (K)
- At least 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting function of a multinational Organization
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Competence in MS Office applications
