Risk Analyst, Processes
Yara InternationalRisk and Process Analyst role at Yara managing risks and governance processes in a shared services context. Responsible for documentation management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform mapping, assessment and risk management of YBBS processes, ensuring prioritization, mitigation and continuous monitoring
- Support governance through facilitating forums, preparing reports and consolidating metrics
- Responsible for managing documentation and the knowledge base, including control, user training and support in the use of processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization and governance-strengthening initiatives
- Support the mapping of YBBS process risks across value chains
- Record and manage process risks, including impact and likelihood assessment, prioritization and monitoring
- Assist in defining, implementing and tracking mitigation plans
- Prepare and consolidate risk area reports, ensuring visibility and control
- Structure, organize and lead governance forums for the Service Center
- Act as the owner of document management for the Service Center, including: process flows, operational procedures, knowledge base, version control and document validity
- Conduct training on YMS and the Knowledge Base
- Manage access to YMS and the Knowledge Base
- Manage controls and knowledge management indicators (flows, procedures and the knowledge base)
- Provide user support in using and understanding processes and official documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization and governance-strengthening initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting or related fields
- Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus
- Previous experience in risk management, processes, internal controls or governance
- Experience with process mapping, documentation and standardization
- Knowledge of risk management methodologies
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Experience defining and monitoring indicators (KPIs/KRIs)
- Knowledge of document management and process governance
