About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, negotiate, and execute procurement processes for inventory items (MRO), ensuring continuous supply to industrial sites;
- Manage the procurement portfolio for inventory materials, ensuring appropriate service levels, availability, and cost optimization;
- Conduct quotation processes, commercial analysis, preparation of comparative tables, and negotiations with suppliers;
- Issue and follow up purchase orders, monitoring delivery lead times, service levels, and resolving deviations;
- Collaborate with Warehouse/Stores, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure supply chain efficiency;
- Monitor portfolio performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in cost, quality, lead time, and service level;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience in procurement/supply;
- Knowledge of procurement processes for inventory items (MRO);
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
