About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The position will be responsible for servicing the industrial needs of the Warehouse, Maintenance and Engineering areas across our units, with a focus on the procurement of stockable items;
- Manage purchasing portfolios and issue requests for quotation to the market;
- Issue purchase orders and contracts, as well as perform any necessary corrections;
- Manage, evaluate, monitor and drive improvements in supplier performance;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Collaborative spirit, initiative, curiosity, ownership mindset and respect for diversity;
- University degree completed;
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of legal/contractual agreements;
- Knowledge of fiscal/tax matters: indirect taxes (ST, base reductions, ICMS, IPI, Complementary Law 116);
- Basic English desirable;
- Familiarity with procurement and negotiation tools.
