About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The position will be responsible for servicing the industrial needs of the Warehouse, Maintenance and Engineering areas across our units, with a focus on the procurement of stockable items;
Manage purchasing portfolios and issue requests for quotation to the market;
Issue purchase orders and contracts, as well as perform any necessary corrections;
Manage, evaluate, monitor and drive improvements in supplier performance;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Collaborative spirit, initiative, curiosity, ownership mindset and respect for diversity;
University degree completed;
Experience with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of legal/contractual agreements;
Knowledge of fiscal/tax matters: indirect taxes (ST, base reductions, ICMS, IPI, Complementary Law 116);
Basic English desirable;
Familiarity with procurement and negotiation tools.
