About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Connect our employees to Yara's strategy and values, ensuring fluid, transparent and engaging internal communication.
  • Produce and edit content for various channels, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and update internal communication channels, ensuring editorial regularity and message consistency.
  • Support the coverage and organization of internal events, campaigns and institutional initiatives, from conception to delivery.
  • Translate the area's objectives and guidelines into concrete action plans.
  • Lead communication projects autonomously, prioritizing requests and anticipating deadlines.
  • Monitor basic communication indicators and support the measurement of campaign results.
  • Interface with different departments to gather information and enable deliveries.
  • Support community engagement activities with local communities and institutional partners.
  • Manage suppliers and external agencies: briefing, timeline tracking and quality control of deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising or related fields.
  • Solid experience in internal corporate communication and internal marketing (endomarketing), preferably in industry, manufacturing or high-complexity operational environments.
  • Excellent writing, editing and language-adaptation skills for multiple audiences and platforms.
  • Experience managing internal channels and supporting the production of corporate events.
  • Practical knowledge of design, layout and image-editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for the visual execution of campaigns.
  • Advanced English (Required) for reading guidelines and participating in global forums.
  • Sensitivity to communications focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
  • Experience managing external suppliers and communication agencies is a plus.
