Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with updating customer records and maintaining data in systems
  • Research catalogs, technical documents and information required for registration processes
  • Support the organization of documentation, reports and service and performance indicators
  • Work collaboratively with related teams to identify and propose process improvements
  • Contribute to updating procedures and best practices for the area
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficiency, quality and smooth service delivery
  • Follow the company's established service standards and policies
  • Suggest continuous improvements to processes across the value chain and support areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • Currently enrolled in a university/college program is a plus
  • Experience or familiarity with customer service
  • Familiarity with contact center systems and tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar ticketing and CRM platforms
  • Basic knowledge of SAP ERP modules is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on intermediate-level Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with automating routines and processes is a plus
  • Basic understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, root cause analysis, and familiarity with agile methodologies and associated tools.
