About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the overall Fleet Management process;
  • Serve as the primary liaison between drivers, platforms and suppliers, connecting needs and providing the most appropriate solution;
  • Respond to Fleet Management service requests and resolve them within established SLAs;
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance and drivers' documentation are current;
  • Manage traffic infraction notifications and escalate related matters to HES / P&C;
  • Review expense reports linked to the Fleet Management process, providing governance and validation of submitted expenses;
  • Keep all databases up to date and maintain accurate information.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Intermediate-level Excel (lookup and reference formulas such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, among others);
  • Experience handling service tickets focused on meeting deadlines and targets is a plus;
  • Familiarity with business process governance (flowcharts, procedures, policies, etc.) is a plus;
  • Availability for hybrid work (2 days on-site per week) at the Porto Alegre office (Três Figueiras neighborhood);
  • Experience with SAP is a plus;
  • Experience responsible for managing a light vehicle fleet is a plus.
