About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement field-level value chain and sustainability projects
Generate field demand for the establishment of demonstration areas/plots
Conduct technical field diagnostic visits: information gathering, soil and leaf sampling
Carry out and monitor periodic evaluations in accordance with project monitoring protocols
Prepare technical field monitoring reports
Support the development of execution protocols and monitoring plans for demonstration crops

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy
Experience with potato cultivation
Knowledge of soils and plant nutrition
Availability for frequent field technical visits and travel
Valid driver's license (category B)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Desirable: experience using digital tools for mapping and field monitoring
