About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the Reliability Engineering (RE) year plan: prepare, approvals, feedback, follow-up, execute, and facilitate
Criticality ranking RE analysis (FMEA, PMO) development of maintenance strategies
Development of spare part strategies
Responsible for storing relevant RE data in IT system
Special focus and facilitation of FMEA/PMO on critical assets causing the biggest reliability losses of the plant
Identify, participate and/or lead projects aimed at improving the reliability of equipment and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

MSc/BSc in Engineering
Relevant experience from industrial plants would be an advantage
Norwegian is the main language, but you must also be proficient in English, both spoken and written
