About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead payroll operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with legal and contractual requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, effective communication, and high-quality service delivery
- Manage client requests, define action plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues and inquiries
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with established processes
- Monitor payroll KPIs and operational metrics, provide insights, and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in payroll operations and Brazilian labor legislation
- Previous experience leading teams and/or managing payroll operations
- Experience in client relationship management and handling multiple simultaneous demands
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, timekeeping, benefits, and payroll closing activities
- Experience with process improvement initiatives and operational KPIs
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced English proficiency
