About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead payroll operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with legal and contractual requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, effective communication, and high-quality service delivery
Manage client requests, define action plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues and inquiries
Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with established processes
Monitor payroll KPIs and operational metrics, provide insights, and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in payroll operations and Brazilian labor legislation
Previous experience leading teams and/or managing payroll operations
Experience in client relationship management and handling multiple simultaneous demands
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, timekeeping, benefits, and payroll closing activities
Experience with process improvement initiatives and operational KPIs
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Advanced English proficiency
