About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify root causes and opportunities for process improvement
Conduct analyses and optimization initiatives (As-Is / To-Be, BPMN, VSM)
Map and structure processes with a focus on efficiency and waste elimination
Implement improvements and track results based on KPIs
Lead stakeholder alignment and support change management
Develop and maintain documentation (process flows, SOPs, playbooks)
Conduct training sessions and support users in implementing improvements
Manage the continuous improvement project portfolio (status, risks, and priorities)
Support decision-making with data analysis and critical thinking
Serve as a reference in process management and promote best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
2–4 years of solid experience as a Process Analyst or in similar roles, with a focus on analysis and continuous improvement
Experience in mapping and improving operational processes, as well as project management
Advanced knowledge of process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, etc.)
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma (DMAIC) and similar approaches
Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview)
