About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify root causes and opportunities for process improvement
- Conduct analyses and optimization initiatives (As-Is / To-Be, BPMN, VSM)
- Map and structure processes with a focus on efficiency and waste elimination
- Implement improvements and track results based on KPIs
- Lead stakeholder alignment and support change management
- Develop and maintain documentation (process flows, SOPs, playbooks)
- Conduct training sessions and support users in implementing improvements
- Manage the continuous improvement project portfolio (status, risks, and priorities)
- Support decision-making with data analysis and critical thinking
- Serve as a reference in process management and promote best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 2–4 years of solid experience as a Process Analyst or in similar roles, with a focus on analysis and continuous improvement
- Experience in mapping and improving operational processes, as well as project management
- Advanced knowledge of process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, etc.)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma (DMAIC) and similar approaches
- Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview)
