About the role
- Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings through onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the company.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to HR leadership.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Stay up to date on recruitment best practices and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
