About the role

  • Manage leads generated from channels, partnerships, events and joint initiatives.
  • Conduct a structured initial outreach.
  • Qualify and nurture opportunities to advance them through the sales funnel.
  • Perform regular, well-documented follow-ups.
  • Support the daily operations of the Channels & SDR team.
  • Handle recurring operational requests from partners.
  • Assist with channel activation initiatives (events, webinars, campaigns).
  • Serve as the operational point of contact between partners and internal teams.
  • Keep the CRM up to date with complete and accurate data.
  • Track opportunities through to closure or disqualification.
  • Support the preparation of reports and performance metrics.
  • Ensure a consistent standard of service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in SDR, pre-sales, inside sales or commercial support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills, disciplined follow-up and a good sense of prioritization.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel management methodologies and lead qualification.
  • Ability to analyze pipeline data and produce basic performance reports.
