About the role
- Manage leads generated from channels, partnerships, events and joint initiatives.
- Conduct a structured initial outreach.
- Qualify and nurture opportunities to advance them through the sales funnel.
- Perform regular, well-documented follow-ups.
- Support the daily operations of the Channels & SDR team.
- Handle recurring operational requests from partners.
- Assist with channel activation initiatives (events, webinars, campaigns).
- Serve as the operational point of contact between partners and internal teams.
- Keep the CRM up to date with complete and accurate data.
- Track opportunities through to closure or disqualification.
- Support the preparation of reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure a consistent standard of service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in SDR, pre-sales, inside sales or commercial support roles.
- Strong organizational skills, disciplined follow-up and a good sense of prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
- Solid understanding of sales funnel management methodologies and lead qualification.
- Ability to analyze pipeline data and produce basic performance reports.
