About the role
- Support IT systems and provide assistance remotely.
- Troubleshoot Windows 11 issues and manage software deployments.
- Work with Microsoft 365 tools and ensure smooth operation of IT services.
- Assist users with iOS devices and support their configurations.
- Maintain networking functions and user account management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support, including remote assistance.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (B2 or above).
- Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 11.
- Hands-on experience with iOS devices (iPhone/iPad) configured through Intune and a good understanding of macOS.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, CLI commands).
- Ability to take ownership and deliver tasks reliably.
- Experience installing and deploying software, preferably via Intune.
- Knowledge of Office 365 architecture and apps.
- Understanding of user account administration in Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with Power Automate and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Intune is considered a plus.
