- Understand HR’s evolving role and the generalist mindset
- Learn how to write inclusive job ads, structure hiring processes, run interviews, and build a strong employer brand
- Design onboarding journeys that foster connection, belonging, and productivity
- Get tools for setting goals, giving feedback, supporting growth, and creating a learning culture
- Grasp the basics of fair pay, salary bands, and non-monetary benefits
- Understand what good offboarding looks like and how exits impact company culture
- Learn about types of employment contracts, probation periods, termination, and what HR needs to know about German labor law
Requirements
- Registered with the Jobcenter or the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) as a jobseeker (ALG I or ALG II)
- Eligible for a Bildungsgutschein (training voucher)
- No prior HR experience required — just motivation and curiosity
