About the role
- Drive business growth by identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities
- Find and ensure lead targets are achieved
- Enable the portability of education institution prospects to sales team
- Deliver positive district manager value
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and prospects
- Identify and research potential customers through various methods
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for education institution sales teams
- Respond to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and determining customer needs
- Document and schedule lead activity in CRM system
- Report and communicate lead activity to stakeholders
- Function as a sales contact for prospective customers and sales team
Requirements
- Experience in providing customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone presence
- Experience with communication skills, phone presence, multi-tasking, prioritizing and managing time
- Able to travel up to 10% of the time
- Experience with office productivity software (preferred)
- Experience with higher education (preferred)
- Experience with school websites, professional associations, and LinkedIn (preferred)
- Passionate about music or audio (preferred)
