About the role

  • Drive business growth by identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities
  • Find and ensure lead targets are achieved
  • Enable the portability of education institution prospects to sales team
  • Deliver positive district manager value
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and prospects
  • Identify and research potential customers through various methods
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for education institution sales teams
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and determining customer needs
  • Document and schedule lead activity in CRM system
  • Report and communicate lead activity to stakeholders
  • Function as a sales contact for prospective customers and sales team

Requirements

  • Experience in providing customer service
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and phone presence
  • Experience with communication skills, phone presence, multi-tasking, prioritizing and managing time
  • Able to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Experience with office productivity software (preferred)
  • Experience with higher education (preferred)
  • Experience with school websites, professional associations, and LinkedIn (preferred)
  • Passionate about music or audio (preferred)
