Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure and operational services.

  • Implement best practices across infrastructure management and IT operations.
  • Ensure IT operations comply with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the local IT Operations team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Technology Services.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure within complex environments.
  • Experience leading operational teams and managing external service providers.
  • Strong background in infrastructure operations and service delivery.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
  • Good knowledge of networking, servers, cloud environments, and end-user technologies.
  • Experience with IT service management principles and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, incident management, capacity planning, and infrastructure governance.
  • Strong understanding of business continuity and operational resilience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
