About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the administrative processing of commercial documentation and contractual files.
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date records within internal systems and tracking tools.
  • Monitor the progress of administrative processes and follow up on pending actions.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of commercial documents.
  • Ensure adherence to internal procedures and operational standards.
  • Coordinate activities with internal departments to facilitate efficient workflows.
  • Monitor document circulation and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of commercial records.
  • Assist the commercial team in coordinating day-to-day operational activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in Sales Administration, Commercial Operations, Business Support, Office Administration, or a similar coordination role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced commercial or operational environment.
  • Familiarity with administrative processes and document management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience using administrative or business management systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and document management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
