About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the administrative processing of commercial documentation and contractual files.
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records within internal systems and tracking tools.
- Monitor the progress of administrative processes and follow up on pending actions.
- Support the preparation and distribution of commercial documents.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and operational standards.
- Coordinate activities with internal departments to facilitate efficient workflows.
- Monitor document circulation and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of commercial records.
- Assist the commercial team in coordinating day-to-day operational activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in Sales Administration, Commercial Operations, Business Support, Office Administration, or a similar coordination role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced commercial or operational environment.
- Familiarity with administrative processes and document management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience using administrative or business management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and document management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
