About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the product strategy in line with business objectives.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from market introduction to continuous optimization.
- Identify market opportunities and recommend product enhancements.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to support strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with commercial priorities.
- Monitor and analyze key product performance indicators.
- Develop initiatives to increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Evaluate the business impact and profitability of new products, features, and commercial initiatives.
- Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and feature releases.
- Act as the business owner for product-related initiatives and strategic projects.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Lead and mentor the local product team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing Strategy, Business Development, or a related commercial role.
- Proven experience managing product portfolios and driving commercial performance.
- Experience working within international and cross-functional organizations is considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience monitoring business KPIs and product performance.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to transform customer insights into business opportunities.
- Experience leading product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.
