About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure and operational services.
- Ensure the availability, resilience, and performance of systems critical to the business.
- Oversee infrastructure environments, including on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms.
- Maintain high standards of service continuity and operational reliability.
- Select, coordinate, and manage external IT service providers.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency through process optimization.
- Promote proactive monitoring to minimize operational risks and service interruptions.
- Ensure IT operations comply with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop the local IT operations team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, or technology services.
- Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure within complex environments.
- Experience leading operations teams and managing external service providers.
- Strong background in infrastructure operations and service delivery.
- Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
- Good knowledge of networking, servers, cloud environments, and end-user technologies.
- Experience with IT service management principles and processes.
- Familiarity with monitoring, incident management, capacity planning, and infrastructure governance.
- Strong understanding of business continuity and operational resilience.
- Professional working proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
