About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Simultaneously manage a portfolio of 10+ client projects: scoping, defining development tasks, scheduling, monitoring, delivery.
  • Coordinate consultant and developer teams responsible for delivery.
  • Ensure deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met across all projects.
  • Identify, anticipate and manage project risks; escalate blockers to management.
  • Lead steering committees and progress meetings with clients.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for your clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain regular, proactive and transparent communication with clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Handle commercial and contractual account administration: purchase orders, amendments, invoicing, collections.
  • Prepare project proposals and estimates and amendments (time & materials, fixed price, service center).
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts (new engagements, extensions, new scopes).
  • Participate in responses to RFPs for your portfolio.
  • Contribute to targeted prospecting for strategic leads (~10–20% of the time).
  • Regular commercial reporting: pipeline, revenue, margin, forecasts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 to 7+ years of experience in a role combining IT project management and client relationship management (IT services company, software vendor, consulting firm)
  • Proven experience managing multiple client projects concurrently
  • Proficient in IT project estimation: daily rates, fixed-price, technical assistance, service center
  • Solid IT knowledge: development, infrastructure, data, cloud, methodologies (Agile/Scrum, V-model)
  • Commercial mindset: ability to identify and convert growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • PMP, Prince2 or equivalent certification appreciated
  • Excellent command of French is mandatory (writing, synthesis, negotiation)
  • Fluent English required (international client interactions)
  • Proficient in Office suite, a project management tool (Jira, ClickUp, MS Project, Monday) and ideally a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and ability to handle multiple files in parallel
  • Client service orientation, active listening, and results-driven.
