Define and implement the Marketing plan, drawing up the omnichannel marketing strategy, including digital/social and retail plans and its budget
Manage the product portfolio, run the launch and go-to-market of new games and functionalities and adapt products locally
Identify new market and product opportunities through benchmarking and player needs analysis
Run Communication campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital/Social) and PR activities; identify and coordinate agencies; manage media plan and expenditures
Ensure deployment of the Safer Gambling strategy; conduct GAP analyses with international and local teams; adapt and implement Responsible Gaming activities in Morocco and report on them
Support implementation of Safer Gambling policies and procedures through robust auditable processes (e.g., WLA certification standards)
Liaise closely with HQ, product and sales teams, partners and suppliers; lead relationships with institutional stakeholders to guarantee compliance and CSR local activities
Requirements
Minimum Education: Master degree in Marketing and Com
Minimum Experience: 8 to 10 Years experience
