About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical and commercial support to our sales teams and partners, and actively participate in customer meetings
- Sizing and specification of pumps, agitators/mixers, shafts/chambers and booster/pressure-boosting systems
- Analyze project developments, identify risks early and support successful implementation
- Prepare, enter and track quotations and orders in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Review and prepare tender/bid documents and develop suitable technical solutions
- Contribute to the development of strategies for complex projects and tenders
- Maintain and update item master data in the ERP system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical vocational training or advanced technical qualification, e.g., as a plumber/sanitary installer, plumbing planner, heating installer/planner, electrician or mechanic (m/f/d)
- Experience in technical order processing
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Strong willingness to learn and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
