About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The RMA Technician will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, and evaluating returned products using standard engineering and troubleshooting techniques.
This position includes hands-on hardware testing, failure analysis, repair support, and detailed reporting of findings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred
High School diploma with military electronics/avionics training or related experience considered
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Experience troubleshooting and testing electronic equipment preferred
Ability to use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and assembly documentation preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Hand soldering experience or IPC/JEDEC certification is a plus
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the facility as needed
Ability to work safely in an office and lab environment
