About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The RMA Technician will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, and evaluating returned products using standard engineering and troubleshooting techniques.
- This position includes hands-on hardware testing, failure analysis, repair support, and detailed reporting of findings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred
- High School diploma with military electronics/avionics training or related experience considered
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Experience troubleshooting and testing electronic equipment preferred
- Ability to use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and assembly documentation preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Hand soldering experience or IPC/JEDEC certification is a plus
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the facility as needed
- Ability to work safely in an office and lab environment
