About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The RMA Technician will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, and evaluating returned products using standard engineering and troubleshooting techniques.
  • This position includes hands-on hardware testing, failure analysis, repair support, and detailed reporting of findings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred
  • High School diploma with military electronics/avionics training or related experience considered
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Experience troubleshooting and testing electronic equipment preferred
  • Ability to use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and assembly documentation preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Hand soldering experience or IPC/JEDEC certification is a plus
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the facility as needed
  • Ability to work safely in an office and lab environment
